Lead Pastors
Dan and Joanna Grittner are the pastors of Kingdom Life Church. They have four beautiful children--Sallie, Ethan , Sienna, and Ellie. Dan and Joanna lead the Church with leadership, vision, and guidance. They are passionate about creating a healthy Church culture where people can feel safe to open up their lives and reach their full potential.
Overseeing Council
Our Overseeing Council consists of trusted leaders who guide and counsel the local house. These men and women offer wisdom, encouragement, and support to help the church remain spiritually healthy, missionally focused, and relationally strong. While not serving as elders in the traditional governmental sense, they bring covering, discernment, and prayerful insight to our local leadership team.
Council members are chosen based on demonstrated spiritual maturity, faithfulness in ministry, relationship, and a proven track record of love for the local church. They walk alongside our Lead Pastors, Dan and Joanna Grittner, offering guidance through prayer, counsel, and shared vision, always with the goal of strengthening the life and mission of the church.

Glenn Shaffer
Glenn is the founding pastor of Destiny Life Church in Claremore, Oklahoma, where he and his wife, Ami, have faithfully served for over 40 years. With a ministry marked by consistency, grace, and a deep commitment to biblical truth, Glenn has helped shape and strengthen churches across the world. He also leads the Apostolic Teams International (ATI) Network, which provides oversight and support to churches globally. Glenn brings seasoned wisdom and apostolic covering to Kingdom Life Church.

Jonathan Cook
Jonathan has served in ministry for more than 30 years in a variety of roles—including youth pastor, missionary, and now as a lead elder at Destiny Life Church. His heart for both the local and global church is evident in everything he does. Jonathan carries a gift for strengthening church communities through deep discipleship, relational wisdom, and strategic insight—making his voice and leadership a vital part of Kingdom Life’s development.

Ron Jones
Ron is a church planter and founding leader of Coastal Chapel in South Florida. With a strong pastoral heart and a passion for the local church, Ron brings a spirit of excellence and authenticity to everything he does. He is deeply loved by our community and serves as both a trusted leader and encourager to our team. His relational investment and dedication to Kingdom culture have helped shape the DNA of Kingdom Life Church.
